This application is not official confirmation of your participation in Bronc Day. Not all vendors are a fit and we try hard not to duplicate the same products or services. We reserve the right to kindly refuse participation in our event, resulting in a refund of any exchanged funds. Refunds are only offered to those who are refused participation.

You can pay with a credit card at the end of this application or mail a check or money order made payable to Ute Pass Triangle Chamber of Commerce with a copy of this application to: Bronc Day Committee, P.O. Box 592, Green Mountain Falls, CO 80819

Ute Pass Triangle Chamber of Commerce/ Bronc Day Committee hereby agree to the following:

The Annual Bronc Day Festival will be held in the Town of Green Mountain Falls Saturday July 28th , 2018. The Vendor will rent a space from the B.D. Committee at Gazebo Park (6970 Lake Street, GMF CO 80819). Set-up will begin at 7:00am. The festival will run from 9am to 3pm with tear-down ending at 4pm.

The B.D. Committee will provide a 10×10 booth space. No electricity is available and no stakes are allowed.

The Vendor will provide all decorations, tables, and equipment necessary to run the booth.

The Vendor agrees to abide by the following guidelines:

The Vendor may drive near the booth spaces to unload and then must park their vehicles in the designated
area away from the booth set up.

The Vendor takes responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at his/her booth.

The Vendor will be responsible for any required permits, licenses, or taxes required by the county or state.

The event will run from 9am to 3pm with no early departures.

At the conclusion the Vendor will be responsible for cleaning up their booth space.

The B.D. Committee is permitted to take photographs of the booths and vendors and use these photographs for advertisement or promotion purposes.
